Portega & Friends – summer series of tasting dinners

Give yourself unforgettable culinary emotions in the heart of a seaside resort. Choose one of the unique evenings from the Portega & Friends series, during which outstanding masters of taste will appear in our kitchen. Our Head Chef, Jakub Bagiński, together with legends of the Polish and world gastronomic scene, will create an unforgettable 6-course culinary experience for you, complemented by sensual live music.

Created with true fine dining enthusiasts in mind, we have designed a unique project Portega & Friends. Each meeting in the series is a completely new story, a different Head Chef, and a unique menu that will never be repeated.

Choose the date of the tasting dinner from the Portega & Friends series

  • 25.07.2026 | Karol Okrasa – One of the most valued Polish chefs, winner of international awards (including Chef de L'Avenir), master of breaking traditional recipes in a modern style.
  • 08.08.2026 | Jakub Steuermark – Master of comfort food cuisine and ambassador of regional tastes, known among others from “Pytanie na Śniadanie” and co-creation of London’s Jamie's Italian.
  • 22.08.2026 | Kurt Scheller – A true legend of world gastronomy, a Swiss master and culinary authority, longtime artistic director of the Top Chef program.
  • 27.09.2026 | Grand Final Gala – The great finale of the series. A special evening during which several outstanding Chefs will join forces to create one unique menu.

    About the tasting menu:
    Each menu is a six-stage composition that will smoothly guide you through various flavors and textures. The evening will begin with a small accent from the Chefs in the form of an amuse-bouche, followed by two appetizers: cold and hot. Then we will serve two main courses – both prepared so that guests who prefer plant-based cuisine can enjoy a fully valuable vegetarian alternative. The whole will be crowned with an original dessert, a sweet finale of the meeting.

What does the Voucher include?

  • Admission to the selected Tasting Dinner with the participation of a premium star.
  • 6-course tasting menu specially composed for this evening by the Chef duo.
  • Possibility to extend the voucher with professional wine pairing, perfectly balanced with the served dishes.
  • Live music that will create a subtle, elegant background for the event.

  3. Tasting Dinner for a child (up to 12 years): 250 PLN

  • Reservation: Purchasing the voucher is equivalent to reserving a place. Please indicate the chosen date and any dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian version) in the comments.
