Choose one of the unique evenings from the Portega & Friends series, during which outstanding masters of taste will visit our kitchen. Our Head Chef, Jakub Bagiński, together with legends of the Polish and world gastronomic scene, will create an unforgettable 6-course culinary experience complemented by sensual live music.

For true fine dining enthusiasts, we have created a unique project Portega & Friends. Each meeting in the series is a completely new story, a different Head Chef, and a unique menu that will never be repeated.

  • 25.07.2026 | Karol Okrasa – One of the most respected Polish chefs, winner of international awards (including Chef de L'Avenir), master of breaking traditional recipes in a modern style.
  • 01.08.2026 | Maciej Regulski - Winner of the tenth edition of the MasterChef program, representing a fresh look of the young generation of gastronomy. Known for technical precision and a modern approach to dish composition.
  • 08.08.2026 | Jakub Steuermark – Master of comfort food and ambassador of regional flavors, known from "Pytanie na Śniadanie" and co-creator of London's Jamie's Italian.
  • 15.08.2026 | Grzegorz Łapanowski - A distinctive TV personality, juror of the Polish edition of Top Chef, and culinary activist behind the Szkoła na Widelcu foundation.
  • 22.08.2026 | Kurt Scheller – A true legend of world gastronomy, Swiss master and culinary authority, longtime artistic director of the Top Chef program.


About the tasting menu:
Each menu is a six-stage composition that smoothly guides you through diverse flavors and textures. The evening will start with a small accent from the Chefs in the form of amuse-bouche, followed by two appetizers: cold and warm. Then we will serve two main courses – both prepared in a way that guests preferring plant-based cuisine can benefit from a full-value vegetarian alternative. The whole will be crowned with an original dessert, a sweet finale of the meeting.

  • Admission to the selected Tasting Dinner featuring a premium star guest.
  • 6-course tasting menu specially composed for this evening by the Chef duo.
  • Option to extend the voucher with a professional wine pairing, perfectly balanced with the served dishes.
  • Live music that will create a subtle, elegant background for the meeting.
