§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to individuals using the Website located at the URL: www.essense.pl
    and is effective from 1.03.2026.
  2. The data controller of users is: Essense Management sp. z o. o. with its seat in Zielona Góra at ul. Wrocławska 17B lok (hereinafter "We").

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of provided services – survey participation or answering a few questions about the quality of services provided (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. Consent, if given, is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.
  3. If a person has consented to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purposes of establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims). In other cases, data is processed for a period justified by the purpose (e.g. contract performance, responding to inquiries, tax regulations, etc.). The processing period depends on the possibility of establishing, asserting or defending claims or when data retention is required due to tax regulations.

  7. Visitors to the Website may fill out a form and subscribe to a newsletter and provide an email address and/or phone number as a basis for automatic contact.
  8. Visitors to the Website may consent to Our advertising campaigns on social networks targeted based on the email address.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software companies and IT system maintenance providers with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality. These data are not shared, and none of these companies is entitled to process data in any other way than specified in the agreement. Your data, if accessible by the company, may only be processed to properly provide services.
